If you love coffee and chocolate, this recipe is for you! We’ve taken inspiration from this recipe and added our own superfood twist. 

These meringues contain Super Amazing Coffee, which is packed with 12 powerful superfoods that improve brain power, help fight signs of aging, and control cravings. Try These Delicious Superfood-Infused Mocha Meringue Kisses!

Ingredients (for 24 Mocha Meringue Kisses)

  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Super Amazing Coffee
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Ingredients (for the Chocolate Drizzle)

  • ⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips or pieces
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

What Else You’ll Need

  • Cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
  • Small bowl
  • Medium bowl
  • Electric mixer
  • Pastry bag (optional, but will create the best shape!)
  • Small saucepan


  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and Super Amazing Coffee, and then set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites and vanilla on high until foamy. Gradually add the sugar to the mixture 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks (meaning the tips stand straight) form, and then gradually fold in the cocoa mixture you prepared in step 2.
  4. Transfer the egg white mixture to a pastry bag. Pipe 2-inch kisses onto the prepared cookie sheet until you have 24. Alternatively, you can create the kisses by dropping rounded teaspoons onto the cookie sheet. 
  5. Bake the kisses in the oven for one hour, and then allow them to cool on a cookie sheet. 
  6. As the kisses are cooling, make the chocolate drizzle. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate and shortening, and cook over low heat until melted, continuing to stir. Carefully drizzle over the cookies, and then allow the drizzle to set. Enjoy!
