What brought you to try Superfood Tabs?
I am 58, married with 2 grown sons, and carry my weight in my hips and thighs, but in recent years due to age have gained in my belly and all over. I have always been a yo-yo dieter and have lost the same 50 pounds several times. In 2016, I was losing weight when my parents both got cancer, moved in with us and both died 4 months apart. As an only child, dealing with the stress of losing them suddenly and settling their estate caused me to start gaining weight again.
After seeing pictures from vacation I decided it was time for change. I had also been having thigh numbness from being overweight, causing a pinched nerve. I also had leg, knee, and joint pain. I saw an ad on Facebook for Superfood Tabs and knew that could give me the boost I needed to start my weight loss journey!
How do Superfood Tabs benefit your life?
I retired at the end of 2019, so I don’t have the excuse of not enough time to exercise and eat healthy. I started taking 1 Superfood Tab per day, following an exercise video program 5 to 6 times a week and eating 4 to 5 small meals a day; primarily protein and veggies, minimal carbs, no sweets. I lost 24 pounds the first 2 months! My weight loss journey has continued. In 7 months I have lost 45 pounds, over 30 inches, and 4 pant sizes!!
What is your Superfood Tabs routine?
I start my day with a tab mixed in water, which helps energize me to exercise and eat healthy throughout the day. The tabs also reduce cravings and bloating so I feel great! My weight loss has slowed down, so I am starting to take a second tab per day for an extra boost to continue my weight loss journey.
What tips do you have for your fellow superfood lovers?
If you want to lose weight, commit to taking the tabs, which may help motivate you to make healthier food choices and exercise. My cravings for sweets and salty snacks are gone. I want to eat veggies! If you have a hard time with exercise, I suggest starting out with walking or shorter exercise routines. The key is to get moving, that way you will tone your body as you lose the weight.
What’s your favorite way to enjoy your Superfood Tabs?
I like my tabs in ice cold water. The berry flavor tastes great! It’s so easy to drop them in a water bottle when you are on the go.
