At Superfoods Company, we’re getting ready to celebrate coffee week! Here are three incredibly delicious and superfood-packed coffee recipes to get you in the spirit. 

Listen up, coffee lovers: this week is your week! National Coffee Day is coming up on September 29th, with International Coffee Day following just a couple days after on October 1st. With not just one but two coffee-related days, we think it’s fair to deem this upcoming week as coffee week! To celebrate everyone’s favorite caffeinated drink, we’re sharing three amazing superfood coffee drink recipes.

Celebrate Coffee Week with These 3 Recipes

These coffee recipes are incredibly yummy and packed with superfoods that boost your skin, nail, and hair health while also supporting your overall wellbeing! Grab some Super Amazing Coffee and Super Amazing Creamer, pick your favorite recipe, and let your inner barista shine!

Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Autumn has officially begun, so celebrate coffee week with a healthier version of everyone’s favorite fall coffee drink! Here’s how to make a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Ingredients (For 1 Latte):

Instructions:

  1. Boil 8 ounces of water, pour into your favorite fall mug, and then mix in a scoop of Super Amazing Coffee until dissolved. 
  2. Add the pumpkin spice powder or the sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup to the coffee, and stir until combined.
  3. In a separate cup, mix together the ¼ cup of water or milk with a scoop of Super Amazing Creamer until combined. Froth with a handheld frother or whisk for about 30 seconds. 
  4. Pour the frothed creamer mixture over the coffee, and then sprinkle on some extra pumpkin spice powder if desired. Enjoy!

S’mores Superfood Latte

If you love making s’mores, you’ll love this latte! Here’s how to make a S’mores Superfood Latte – no campfire required!

Ingredients (For 1 Latte):

  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
  • 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (plus more if doing graham cracker rim)
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (for optional graham cracker rim)
  • 1 tablespoon mini marshmallows
  • 1 scoop Super Amazing Coffee
  • 1 scoop Super Amazing Creamer
  • 8 ounces hot water
  • ¼ cup milk or water

Instructions:

  1. If doing a graham cracker rim, use a silicone brush or spoon to apply the maple syrup or honey to the rim of your mug. Spread a layer of crushed graham crackers on a plate, and then roll the rim of the mug on top of the graham crackers until all sides are covered. 
  2. Boil 8 ounces of hot water, pour it in the mug, and then mix in one scoop of Super Amazing Coffee until dissolved.
  3. Add the chocolate sauce to the coffee, and stir until combined.
  4. In a separate cup, mix together the ¼ cup of water or milk with a scoop of Super Amazing Creamer until combined. Froth with a handheld frother or whisk for about 30 seconds. 
  5. Pour the frothed creamer mixture over the coffee. Add the mini marshmallows, drizzle on some more chocolate sauce, and then sprinkle on the crushed graham crackers to finish. Cheers!

Maple Cinnamon Latte

There’s something so comforting about a hot maple latte on a cool day, so we knew we had to add our superfood version of this drink to the list to celebrate coffee week! Here’s how you can make a Maple Cinnamon Latte at home.

Ingredients (For 1 Latte):

Instructions:

  1. Boil 8 ounces of hot water, pour it in a mug, and then mix in one scoop of Super Amazing Coffee until dissolved. Add in the ground cinnamon, and stir until mixed in. 
  2. Pour the maple syrup into the coffee, and then stir. 
  3. In a separate cup, mix together the ¼ cup of water or milk with a scoop of Super Amazing Creamer until combined. Froth with a handheld frother or whisk for about 30 seconds. 
  4. Pour the frothed creamer mixture over the coffee. For a little extra decoration, sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top, and add a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
