Green Apple Collagen Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (For 1 Smoothie)
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2-inch knob of ginger, grated
- ¼ cup avocado
- 1 scoop Super Amazing Creamer
- 2 to 3 cups ice cubes (optional)
- In a blender, thoroughly blend together the apple, spinach, milk, ginger, avocado, and Super Amazing Creamer.
- If desired, add the ice cubes to the smoothie for a thicker consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
