Superfood Tabs Patriotic Punch
Cool off with this sweet and refreshing Superfood Tabs Patriotic Punch! The star ingredient is our berry flavored Superfood Tabs, which reduce bloat, support a healthy digestion, and curb cravings.
- 32 ounces water
- 32 ounces cranberry or pomegranate juice
- 1 to 2 Superfood Tabs
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- Optional: Red food coloring to brighten the color
- Optional: Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for an extra burst of sweetness when you drink!
How to Make Superfood Tabs Patriotic Punch
Drop your Superfood Tab(s) into the pitcher filled with water and ice and let them dissolve. Add your choice of juice and the fruit, and mix. Serve and enjoy!
Red Velvet Collagen Cupcakes
Who doesn’t love a sweet treat with added health benefits? We’ve added our Super Amazing Creamer to these classic (and on-theme!) red velvet cupcakes to give them a boost of beauty and health-boosting collagen!
- 1 scoop Super Amazing Creamer
- 2 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ounce red food coloring
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ scoop Super Amazing Creamer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 16 ounces confectioners sugar
How to Make Red Velvet Collagen Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, Super Amazing Creamer, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes (or until light and fluffy). Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then, mix in the sour cream, milk, vanilla, and food coloring. With the electric mixer on low, slowly beat in the flour mixture from the medium bowl until it is blended, being careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into 30 lined muffin cups, filling each until they’re ⅔ full. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, and then remove them to cool completely before frosting.
To make the frosting, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract until it is light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar and the Super Amazing Creamer until smooth.
Super Amazing Coffee Cake
This super delicious and festive take on coffee cake – which is inspired by this original recipe from Cookies and Cups – is one of our favorite 4th of July recipes! It features our Super Amazing Coffee, which offers so much more than your average cup of Joe. This coffee is packed with 12 superfoods that boost brain power, control cravings, and help fight signs of aging!
- 1 scoop of instant or 1 pod of Super Amazing Coffee
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ⅔ cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- 3 ⅔ cup all purpose flour
Cinnamon Filling Ingredients:
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Crumb Topping Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Additional Topping Ingredients:
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
How to Make Super Amazing Coffee Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and coat a 9 by 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Prepare the cinnamon filling by whisking together the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until combined, and set aside. Then, prepare the crumb topping by mixing together the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a medium bowl. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, and then set aside.
Prepare the cake by mixing the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed for two minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. Next, add in the eggs, vanilla, sour cream, salt, and baking powder, mixing for 1 minute until smooth.
Combine the flour and Super Amazing Coffee together in a small bowl. Then, turn the mixer to low, and add the coffee/flour mixture and milk in alternating portions. Start and end this process with the coffee/flour mixture. Mix until combined and smooth.
Take the prepared pan, and spread in half of the cake batter. Sprinkle the cinnamon filling on top of the batter, and then layer the remaining cake batter on top. Finish by sprinkling the crumb topping on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean, and then place the pan on a wire rack to cool.
Once the cake is completely cool, prepare the icing by mixing together the powdered sugar and milk, and then drizzle it on top of the cake. Finish off by topping with the berries, and serve!
