It’s officially time to spill the tea! Well… maybe don’t actually spill it. I don’t know about you, but for me, there is nothing more comforting that a warm cup of tea, a good book and a cozy sweater. I keep my AC down in summer just so I can keep up this routine! On the flip-side, a good iced-tea can be that desperately needed, refreshing treat on those sweaty summer days. Whether you like your tea steaming hot or ice-cold, here is a curated a list of tasty tea, including a tea recipe to suit every season!

The Classic Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black tea leaves (or 1 teabag)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Splash of your favorite milk (Personally, oat milk is my one & only)
  • 1 scoop Super Amazing Creamer
  • A touch of sugar or honey (or sweeten to taste w/ alternative sweetener of your choice)

How to Make The Classic Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger root
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Fresh mint leaves

How to Make Ginger Lemon Tea

1) Rinse ginger root thoroughly and cut into thin slices
2) Bring water to a boil and add ginger
3) Reduce to a simmer and let sit for 5 minutes
4) Use a sieve to catch the ginger as you pour your tea into your class (you can leave the ginger in for extra flavor if you want!)
5) Squeeze lemon juice into the cup through a sieve to avoid any seeds landing in your cup
6) Add a few mint leaves to your cup to enhance the fresh taste
7) Serve hot or on ice!

  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

How to Make Collagen Turmeric Tea Latte

1) Warm milk over stove, simmer gently but do not bring to full boil
