Many of our members have found that, since adding superfoods to their daily wellness routines, they’ve felt empowered to develop a killer at-home workout routine that they’re passionate about!

It is also wonderful for your mental well-being. Yoga allows you to take a breather, focus on the present moment, and let the stress of the day melt away.
With so many YouTube videos and online fitness platforms, it’s super easy to find virtual yoga classes that you love. Plus, it fits all budgets, because you can find many low-cost (and even free!) videos online.
Dance
We’re not exactly going out clubbing during these times…but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your groove on! There are tons of ways to dance your heart out and get in a fun and energizing workout at home. Do an online Zumba class, try a dance video game program like Just Dance, or simply freestyle in your living room to a killer playlist!
Dancing is entertaining and a great workout for the whole family. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a classically trained ballerina or have never even stepped foot inside a dance studio – just have fun and bust a move!
Strength Training
A lot of our customers love doing a strength training at-home workout. You can tone and build muscles and improve your overall health in your living room– no gym needed! If you’re not sure how to build a strength training routine, you can easily look up some exercises online. You can also find YouTube videos and online workout classes for guidance.
There are plenty of body weight exercises you can do. However, you can also build a simple but effective home gym. Get some free weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, or whatever else you may need!
