How to Make Apple Peanut Butter Collagen Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup Amazing Creamer
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple, peeled & chopped

How to Make Apple Peanut Butter Collagen Cookies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Next, beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients after, {flour, collagen creamer, baking soda, salt, cinnamon} and mix until well combined. Stir in chopped apples.
  5. On greased baking sheets, drop rounded tablespoonfuls of the dough. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
