Decadent Orange Candy Corn Cupcakes

There’s honestly nothing more fun than getting in the holiday spirit and whipping up some seasonal treats! This fall, we’re crushing on this cupcake recipe – made with juicy oranges, scratch buttercream, and the season’s most crave-able candy. We’ve added Super Amazing Creamer to the batter of these candy corn cupcakes so they’re filled with Collagen, MCT Oil, and Hyaluronic Acid for radiant skin!

Here at Superfoods Company, we’re all about the collagen treats. We’re so thrilled to share with you this yummy candy corn cupcake recipe for Halloween, made with Super Amazing Creamer! These cupcakes feature-rich buttercream in addition to fresh orange flavor — with all the amazing benefits of Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and MCT Oil. Talk about a guilt-free treat!

Here’s what you need to get started:



  • 3 cups – confectioner’s sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 cup – butter (or butter substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons – fat-free cream
  • 2 teaspoons – vanilla extract
  • salt – as needed


  • 1 – egg
  • 1 1/3 cups – all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup – milk of your choice
  • 2 scoops – Super Amazing Creamer
  • 1/2 cup – oil of your choice
  • 1 cup – sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon – vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon – baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon – baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon – salt
  • 1 tablespoon – orange zest
  • 1/2 cup – candy corn (topping)

Here’s how to make Candy Corn Cupcakes!


  1. Soften butter to room temperature.
  2. Using a mixer, whip butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add in confectioner’s sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
  3. Add in cream and vanilla extract. Continue to whip. Add salt to taste, a pinch at a time.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix together Super Amazing Creamer, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg. Add in milk, oil, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  3. Slowly add wet to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into muffin tins and bake 20 – 25 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Allow cupcakes to cool then top with candy corn.
