5 Tips for Eating Healthy While Traveling
1) Drink Lots of Water
Most people drink way less water than they actually should! You should aim for, at minimum, 8 cups of water per day.

4) Read the Labels!
When shopping, make sure you check the ingredients. You want to be sure you are getting items that aren’t crazy high in sugar. Fats, even the healthy kind, are good in moderation. Incorporate peanut butter, nuts, and/or avocado into your day at least once or twice.
5) Prepare Yourself – Read the Menu Ahead of Time
Read the menu prior to going out to eat & choose what you plan on eating before going to the restaurant. This is HUGE. This will help you not be tempted to get something unhealthy.
If the menu does not specifically have healthy options, ask the kitchen for grilled chicken and veggies or a burger with lettuce wrap instead of the bun. Be a diva about it girl!
Additional Tips on How To Eat Healthy While Traveling:
